Silence, rain pattering, cars occasionally going by. It's green like a beautiful dream out, and orange (that's the streetlamps), and everything looks like glass because it is wet with rain. Glorious, beautiful rain. Heavy air, thick with fog. Green. Smells like spring. Glorious spring, with dirty packs of melting snow clinging to the ground and striving for the last possible cold. They look like they could just dig themselves into the earth, like if they had voices they would be moaning. I think they do. Japanese Haldirby ~jamberry

Just a doodle... a sort of fanart. I got to thinking today about how, in different countries with different translated versions of Tolkien's books, people would picture their favorite characters differently. This is a slightly Japanese take on my favorite character, Haldir. Might be first in a series... I dunno. What do you think? Anyhoo... I guess I should mention I don't own anything Lord of the Rings. I just enjoy making fanart, and make no money off it...etc.
